Jim spent 40 years as a principle engineer and project director for Special Access Programs with the Department of Defense. His expertise is in wireless communications and fluid processing. He is a citrus rancher and has served on the board for agricultural operations. Jim received his ME degree from USC.

Jon is a globally recognized expert in center-pivot technology. He has 30 years' in the center pivot industry, including as VP of Engineering & VP of Sales. He is the President of IACO, a global supplier of engineering technology to center pivot manufacturers and agricultural dealers.
